SEVILLA love the Europa League and are fighting for a Champions League slot on two fronts.
The holders should put one foot in the Final on Thursday by winning their home clash with Fiorentina and even if they don’t go all the way they should clinch a top-four slot in La Liga after a super season.
Unai Emery’s side have stepped it up in the knockout stage. They’ve won six and drawn one to see off Monchengladbach, Villarreal and Zenit and should be too good for Fiorentina.
Emery’s men have built a fortress at Sanchez Pizjuan and Saturday’s unlucky 3-2 loss to Real Madrid was their first of the season.
Sevilla have no selection problems with Carlos Bacca likely to lead the attack. The 25-goal Colombian netted in both legs v Zenit and is 11-8 at McBookie to score.
Vincenzo Montella’s Fiorentina have beaten Spurs, Roma and Dynamo Kiev to reach this stage so can’t be underestimated but they’ve lost four of their last five in Serie A.
The Italians possess a goal threat through and have netted in all 12 of their Europa League matches this season. Ex-Chelsea wideman Mo Salah looks big at 5-1 with Coral to score while it’s Mario Gomez who is expected to lead the line.
Napoli are tough to trust but have some class acts and I’m on Gonzalo Higuain to score first at 7-2 with Paddy Power. They have netted 21 times in their last seven games but of course there have been blips such as the 4-2 defeat at Empoli.
Dnipro will attempt to park the bus as they did when beating Ajax 1-0 on aggregate and they’ve kept four clean sheets in six knockout matches. If they can take a 0-0 back to Ukraine they’ll be happy.
Bacca to score
Higuain to score first
(7-2, Paddy Power)
