MAY 30: EUROPEAN FOOTBALL PREVIEW

THERE’S a Davide versus Goliath final in France as Paris St Germain face Ligue 2 Auxerre at the Stade de France.

Auxerre finished eighth in their division but had a favourable cup route before seeing off Guingamp in the semi-finals.

There is a massive gulf between the sides hence odds of 1-5 on PSG to win in 90 minutes as opposed to McBookie’s 22-1 for Guingamp.

I’ve already put up two Super Singles – PSG -1 and -2 – and I expect them to cover both.

PSG have been in sparkling form on their way to the title and should complete the domestic treble with plenty to spare. They are 31-20 with sporting -2 and 4-7 at Sportingbet and Ladbrokes -1.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic – rested last week – and Edinson Cavani can both to score. They are 8-15 and you could toss a coin for either top striker to net first at 9-4 with Bet365.

Barcelona face top-flight opponents in Athletic Bilbao but the Spanish Cup Final is on their home turf so they’ll be looking to put on a show.

Bilbao are on a run of seven games unbeaten and will hope Barça have one eye on the following weekend’s Champions League Final.

That means if they storm a couple in front they could take their foot off the gas so on the handicaps I’ll limit myself to Barcelona -1 at 8-13 at Skybet.

Barca covered that in both league meetings this season – winning 5-2 away and 2-0 at home.

To win in 90 minutes Barca are 1-4 at Boylesports with Bilbao 16-1 at McBookie and the draw 13-2 at 888Sport.

Lionel Messi almost always scores on big occasions – and little ones – and is 1-2 at Ladbrokes to net and 13-5 at Skybet to score first.

The German Cup Final is much tougher to call as Jurgen Klopp says farewell to Borussia Dortmund in a showdown against Wolfsburg.

Klopp would love to leave on a high after winning two titles during his spell but finishing just seventh this campaign after a disastrous start.

Since beating Bayern Munich on penalties there’s been feeling Dortmund are destined to win but I’m not sure.

Wolfsburg were the second best team in Germany last season and finished in four wins in five despite a perception their form had shaded.

Dortmund also finished well to claim a Champions League spot so picking a winner is tough so I won’t. Instead I’m simply going for both to score at 13-20 at Ladbrokes as was the case with both meetings this season and four of the last six clashes.

Bas Dost has won us piles of cash this season and is often the man for the big occasion. Try the Wolfsburg top scorer at 19-10 with 888Sport to net at any time.
