FA Cup Replay Betting Tip for 8th April
We have one replay in the FA Cup on Wednesday to look at, as Blackburn host Liverpool.
Blackburn vs Liverpool.
The FA Cup is all Brendan Rogers can really hope for now, with even a top four finish more or less out of the equation now. They face a Blackburn side who have been even more inconsistent than Liverpool, and again whose season rests on the FA Cup, with the Championship Playoffs all but a distant dream. The first match was instantly forgettable between these two sides, and there is the chance that we could see the same again, with Blackburn putting up a defensive wall to hold Liverpool at bay. We think Under 2.5 goals is the play here. Blackburn will sit and defend deep, Liverpool will have to break them down. In fact, looking at Blackburn’s last home game, it was a dull 1-0 defeat to Brighton, so we could see the same again on Wednesday.
NBA Betting Tips for 7th April
Golden State vs New Orleans
Golden State have won the last ten meetings between the two sides, and the Pelicans need to stop the rot to help secure a playoff place. The most important thing here is the point-scoring ability of the Warriors. In the previous meetings this season, Golden State are averaging over 117 PPG. The last game was 112-96 in favour of Golden State, and the line tonight is 204 points. We thing it’s going to be the usual Warriors game, with lots of points on the board. Over 204 points is the obvious choice for us.
Charlotte vs Miami.
A big game for both teams, and Miami, as seems to be the norm this season, come in nursing injuries. The Hornets, well, they’re just unable to score heavily, averaging just under 90 PPG of late. The last meeting between the two teams ended up with Charlotte winning 78-76. It wasn’t a pretty game for the fans, and we can see the same happening again tonight. It’s going to be tight, it’s going to be awful, and with the Hornets holding a 2-1 advantage over the Heat this season, take Charlotte +6 as this one really could go either way, so taking the points is the sensible option.
NHL Betting Tips for 7th April
New York vs New Jersey
The Rangers are going for the sweep tonight against the Devils and they are going to be confident with Derek Stepan pulling all the strings for them. The Rangers smashed the Devils on Saturday and it’s not going to be pretty again tonight. Rangers -1.5 is the definite play here, as we have one team flying high, and the others playing so poorly.
